この日は国際学会の最終日。朝、日の出前にJogしました。まだ星がきれいに見えていて、昨晩見た南十字とにせ十字が、確かにそれらであることを確認できました。
学会では、最後の午後に事件が起こりました。突然の火災報知器作動。皆が建物外に退去させられ、消防隊も来てしまいました。実際は、報知器の誤作動かボヤ程度の火だったのか、15分後には建物に戻ることができ、学会も再開されましたが、非常に驚きました。もし爆発でも起これば、世界中の産婦人科医が無事に帰れないところでした。大事に至らず、本当に良かったです。
と、ひと騒動あったものの、私の初めての国際学会発表・参加は無事に終わりました。
国際学会はこの日の午後5時に終了。サマータイムなので、夕方はとても長いです。ホテルに戻った後、メルボルン南部のその周辺をJogしました。ロイヤルボタニックガーデンの周りのコースは、1周3.827kmでアップダウンもあり、良いコースでした。次の朝は、ここで練習することに決めました。
これは、メルボルンでの最後の夜に食べたご飯。「ハーフ＆ハーフで」と頼んで2種類入れてもらったサラダがとても美味でした。

We went out jogging this morning before the sunrise. We could see the stars again and confirmed the Sourthen Cross and the "false" cross were undoubtedly what they were.
The World Congress was finished this evening, but at last, a confusion with fire was occurred in this afternoon. Suddenly, the fire annunciation rang loudly. Everyone run away from the building and firefighters run into there.
In fact, the annunciation was false or not a serious matter, so we could enter the hall 15 minutes after our firerun. Thus our first presence at the congress in foreign country was completed with our safety.
After the congress finished at 5:00 p.m., we went back to the hotel Albany, and went jogging to parks near there. I found that the course around the Royal Botanic Garden was 3.827km with hills and was good for training. I decided to run on this course in the next morning.
